Ride Description:

Start your week right with this group ride on quiet Brunswick country roads.  The ride rolls in a double pace line at 20-22 mph. Riders who can ride 18-20 mph are welcome to join our paceline, as this ride's goal is to keep the group together and build up riders ability to ride 20-22mph more comfortably.  There is a short sprint segment towards the end of the ride and will regroup at the stop sign before rolling in to the finish. We park at the Zion Methodist Church.  For those able, you are encourage to bring a canned good for the church's donation station.

Ride Instructions & Rules:

1. A copy of the CFC liability waiver will be available for you to sign at the ride.
   
2. .Please load the ride map to your navigation device to ensure you know upcoming turns and the route.
   
3. Please arrive to the ride start location at least 15 minutes prior to the ride start time.
4. Please visit www.capefearcyclists.org and review CFC ride policies.
5. The Facebook Cape Fear Cyclist page should be consulted before each ride to verify ride status.
6.  If the forecast includes temperatures below 38 F, wind chill down to 32 F, or rain/wet roads at the start time, the ride will be cancelled or postponed.
